We are proud to announce the successful on-site commissioning of a state-of-the-art PET sheet production line for an Egyptian client— a milestone that strengthens our Middle East presence and reflects our commitment to tailored technical support.
The commissioned line features a 95-type twin-screw extruder for stable, efficient operation. After weeks of meticulous on-site work by our technical team, the line has met all design indicators and entered stable mass production.
Its standout strength lies in excellent processing flexibility: producing sheets with width <1000mm and thickness 0.15-1.5mm, it perfectly caters to blister packaging needs for food, pharmaceuticals, and personal care products in Egypt. With 1000kg/h capacity and 60m/min line speed, it boosts the client’s efficiency while ensuring consistent quality.
Our on-site commissioning followed a rigorous process. Pre-arrival, we communicated deeply with the client to formulate a detailed plan. On-site, our engineers inspected equipment components, optimized parameters (temperature, pressure, speed), and conducted repeated tests to ensure the PET sheets meet high standards of uniformity, transparency and mechanical properties.
We also provided comprehensive training for the client’s operators on operation, maintenance and fault handling. The client highly recognized our professionalism and timely support, noting the line will greatly enhance their market competitiveness in Egypt.
