Description

PP/PS sheet metal extrusion production line is a simple and standard sheet metal production line provided by Jwell. It has the advantages of large capacity, good plasticizing effect, convenient operation and stable operation.The screw adopts the special mixing function and the high expectation chemical ability design, makes the plastic melt, the color is even, the extrusion quantity is high.

Hanger mold head adopts special double throttling design to make thickness adjustment more accurate.

Degree control 11℃ can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness, smoothness.The forming cylinder platform adopts vertical or 45" inclined arrangement, which can rise and fall freely. It provides more selectivity in the operation process of thick plate and thin plate, improves the cooling system of the forming cylinder loop, and controls the temperature of the roller wheel accurately with the mold temperature controller, so that the thickness of the plate is uniform.Slicing machine cutting sheet length and precise quantity.
