The parallel twin screw PET sheet extrusion line developed by the JWELL is equipped with degassing system without drying and crystallization device. The extrusion line has the characteristics of low energy consumption, simple production process and convenient maintenance. The profile screw structure can reduce the viscosity loss of PET resin, and the symmetrical thin-wall calendered roll can improve the cooling effect, productivity and plate quality. The multi-component feeder can accurately control the proportion of primary, recovered and master materials.
